So, Since my last pictures I have gained 1 pound? It doesn't seem to want to go away either. Im hoping/praying this is a pound of muscle? I dunno! Anyways, I was about to go swimming when I remembered I had promised some pics, and I am going on vacation tomorrow so I might as well get a 'good' one on here before I go for a week without my shred or Jazzercise :'( I am going to have to figure out some way to catch up. Anyways, any and all POSITIVE feedback is greatly appreciated, if you don't have anything nice to say however please keep those words to yourself. I hope everyone else's 30 DS journey is well on its way :)

Hi! Just de-lurking to tell you that I've been following your blot and also doing the shred... I'm on day seven and will be taking pictures on day 10. You're looking pretty good but it's hard to tell because you're not wearing the same outfit, in fact your black top is looser than the blue so it's even harder to see any differences.. Can you repost pics in the blue shirt? Your progress since the beginning has been amazing, keep it up! I'm struggling to lose the 40lbs or so that I gained in nursing school, and I'm getting married in ten days but I won't meet my goals until probably Halloween, oh well. I'll just keep shredding!
ReplyDeleteHi. Doing the shred and looking for motivation to continue. I googled before and after pictures. Found my way to your blog. Are you still doing the shred and just not blogging? Or did you stop? I can definately see the difference in your pictures.
ReplyDeleteI am on day 15 today (day 5 of level 2). I had my kids take pictures on day 1 and on day 10. I don't see that much of a difference but I feel the difference. I feel stronger and my clothes are looser.
