Day 5

Day Five:

Wow...Let's just take a minute to wonder how I managed to still workout with ZERO motivation. And I mean zero. Running off of 3 hours of sleep, I attended orientation for my new job for around 8 hours where of course I get the worst headache AND stomach ache, then I get to the pharmacy afterwards and spend a decent amount of time visiting, then after a 30 minute power nap I somehow dragged my sorry ass to Jazzercise for an hour AND did day five of the 30DS. Sorry for the emphasis on so many words but wow... Kudos to me! Although I had pretty much no motivation to go I'm glad I did because the last thing I want to do is fall off track and give up. Concerning the actual shred today, I didn't have many problems except for those darn squat and lifts- those were my weakness today. I replaced all of the side lunges with the weights to doing the weights on the floor to prevent any risks with heart rate from getting up and going down so much and to also prevent my knees from more stress that could lead to injury. Hopefully I will have some more results soon!
