Day 6

Day Six:


I've been a slacker... Missed two days of jazzercise AND the shred...I'm finding it tough to stay motivated because my numbers are going back up on the scale and its like, well why am I even trying? I don't quite know why but I've gone up a little over a pound and even though it doesn't seem like much it is still disheartening. Maybe if I focus more and just keep at it I will get to where I want to be. At least I can finally do a good 95% of the moves (minus the lunges with weights) but I am working on it. My only advice today is don't stop just because something gets in your way, go after it 100%.
