Day 4

Day Four:


I've heard day four is the worst...I am going to have to disagree with that one though. I am finally okay with jumping jacks! We are starting to get along better...I need to work on my butt kicks and jump ropes now and just being able to finish every set of moves completely (I find that I am missing one or two from each set).  Another issue I'm having is near the end when she does the side lunges, these for some reason are just horrible to my knees. I don't know if its from lying down with the weights then getting up, going down and then going back up, but the side lunges are just too much for my knees. I decided the second round of those that I would do more weights on the ground and did something like reverse bicep curls, my arms were shaking they were so tough! Im thinking of keeping it as a replacement move to save my knees from injury and to work this new-found muscle in my arms!

At least we don't have to do this move!
