Day Two:
Oh my... Just finished and I am sweating buckets! I did get more jumping jacks in today and found that I could follow along easier. Also, I brought a glass of water in my room with me and while she was explaining how to do the moves it gave me enough time to reach over and have a sip or two so I wouldn't be dehydrated. I would STRONGLY recommend that you try it if you are doing this program.
As it is my 'time of the month' at the moment, and after sitting in the DPS for 7 hours straight just to be turned away because of failing the eye sight test, this was the last thing that I wanted to do and I almost didn't! I thought to myself of how much easier it would be to just curl up in bed with my cats and sleep until 7am tomorrow when I go to Jazzercise but then I thought of how lame it would be to have to start up again. I must say even though it was exhausting it was well worth it, and if you need motivation like I did today you should check out MFP for success stories off this program! Only 28 days left.
